Snorkmaiden is Moomintroll’s friend and playmate. She is also a little vain and flirtatious Snorkmaiden has a fringe, which she always keeps neatly combed. She also wears a gold anklet.

Created in 1945 by the Finnish writer Tove Jansson, the Moomins are funny, roundish trolls living a carefree and adventurous family life in the Moominvalley. The Moomin family features in a series of books, cartoons, comics, and even have their own amusement park in Finland.
